SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on Feb. 11 with 18 members present.

President Sally Conover opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. Chaplain Pauline Flitt read “A Valentine Day’s Prayer” and asked for a blessing on the food and members. Members brought their own bag lunches and enjoyed a variety of desserts, including chocolate covered strawberries.

The 50-50 winners were Annette Hoeber, Eleanor Lemiszko and Gene Chesbro. Winners of the door prizes were Deanna Borrello, Sally C. and Ginny Chesbro. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Sally C., Annette (3 times), Harry Suski (twice), Sue Borowski (twice), Lorrie Newman, Eleanor, Ginny, Sally Shevlin and Tony Borrello. Sally C. called bingo and winners were: Deanna (twice), Gene (4 times), Pauline (twice), Eleanor, Sally S., Sue and Lorrie.

Tuesday’s lunch will feature sloppy joes and salads. Reminder: Dues are being collected for the year. The Silver Creek Seniors meet every Tuesday at 1 p.m. For information call Lorrie at 716-785-1074.
