The City of Dunkirk Youth & Recreation Department will be hosting an Easter carnival for children and their families on Saturday, April 19, from noon to 2 p.m. in Stearns Court — next to Central Station Restaurant — and within the Stearns Building Training Center. Children and their families can expect crafts and coloring pages, carnival games, goodie bags, and light refreshments. The Easter Bunny will also be in attendance.
