Tobacco enforcement

There were two errors in the article “Fredonia business banned from tobacco sales” regarding other businesses cited. According to Jessica Wuerstle with the county Health Department, the NF Ozone, not Cloudz, recently changed ownership and the sale may not have been an arm’s length sale. Also Bridgeview One Stop has had two violations in their history as a tobacco retailer. The first was in 2002 and the second was in 2024. The wrong years were listed.
