SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on April 8 with 19 members present. President Sally Conover opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. She then welcomed new members, David and Janet Tofani, Cybele McIntosh and Annie Griem. Pauline Flitt read “Being kind says a Lot” and said a blessing for the members and the food.

The 50-50 winners were Al Wilson, Sally C., and Pauline. Winners of the door prizes were Sally Shevlin, Deanna Borrello and Annette Hoeber. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Harry Suski (twice), Norra Carroll and Sue Borowski. Sally called bingo and winners included Annie, Lorrie Newman, Cybele, Norra (twice), Pauline (3 times), Sally Shevlin and Joan Suski.

January, February, and March birthdays will be celebrated Tuesday with cake and ice cream. Members are encouraged to bring a sandwich for lunch. The Silver Creek Seniors meet every Tuesday at 1 p.m. For information call Lorrie at 716-785-1074.
