WESTFIELD – An armed suspect had a standoff with police on Pidgeon Road in Westfield late Saturday night. Several agencies responded to the scene including the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. The standoff lasted about an hour with no shots being fired. The OBSERVER will report more details as they become available.
