BROCTON — Brocton Central School has announced its students of the month.

Liam McCausland was selected by the Brocton Middle School faculty and staff as Student of the Month for September. He is currently an eighth-grader and resides in Portland with his parents, Carrie and Mac McCausland. Liam is a member of the Modified Soccer team. He is also an avid reader and writer. He enjoys playing games, finding memes and riding his dirt bike (KLX 150). Liam’s favorite class is ELA, a class he enjoys so much that he is upset when it ends.

Elizabeth Grover was selected by the Brocton High School faculty and staff as Student of the Month for September. Elizabeth is a junior and resides in Brocton with her parents, Monica and Robert Grover. She is a hardworking young adult, spending her time after school working. She particularly enjoys hanging out with her friends and little cousins when she is not at work or school. Elizabeth’s favorite class is English, as she loves writing. Elizabeth plans to attend JCC or D’Youville to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse.

Gracie Remington was selected by the Brocton Middle School faculty and staff as Student of the Month for October. Gracie is currently a seventh-grader at Brocton and resides in Brocton with her parents, Eric and Lindsey Remington. Gracie enjoys walks with friends after school and spending time with her family.

Jacob Frost was selected by the Brocton High School faculty and staff as Student of the Month for October. Jacob is a junior and resides in Brocton with his parents, Justine Frost and James Schutt. Jacob is a member of Trap Club and Running Club. Outside of school, Jacob is a dog enthusiast. He enjoys outdoor activities and hunting. Jacob’s favorite class is History. He enjoys school very much and loves to learn. He is currently uncertain about future plans.
