Silver Creek-Irving fund strikes a familiar tone
The Silver Creek-Irving Heritage Fund (SCIHF), a Community Donor Advised Fund of the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation, recently awarded grants to two local organizations. The Anderson-Lee Library received a grant for $1,500 for the Forestville Book Locker Project and the village of Silver Creek was awarded $600 for the 2025 Music in the Park Concert Series.
SCIHF provides grants to charitable programs that address the most pressing needs within the Silver Creek-Irving community as well as leadership development initiatives. Their motto is “Remembering Our Past – Securing Our Future”. Applications are accepted annually by Sept. 20.
As a Community Donor Advised Fund of the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation, SCIHF is an endowed fund and will continue to make grants in perpetuity. Gifts to the fund can be made directly at https://www.nccfoundation.org/scihf
