A building where a dermatology clinic recently opened has a new owner.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Sept. 12-17.

During this time period, Youn Jea Kim NP Family Practice PLLC of Williamsville sold 609 Central Ave., Dunkirk to Allegany CSA Properties, LLC of Orchard Park for $146,545. The building is the location of Near Me Dermatology.

Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner Youn Jea Kim’s name remains on the sign as well as on the website.

A ribbon cutting ceremony for Near Me Dermatology took place July 25.

From Sept. 12-17, there were six sales that were $250,000 or higher. They are as follows:
