Fifth-grade Students of the Month for December at Gowanda Middle School were Zachary Salzman, Tessa Gagliardo, Emma Schuster, Odin McMahon, Christine Lyons, KC Blasdell, and Patrick Yohe. They were selected by their teachers for exhibiting responsibility, kindness toward others, perseverance, and a willingness to try new challenges.
