Dunkirk man charged after seizure of cocaine

A six-month investigation into narcotics activity at 3711 Route 5 Lot 53 in the town of Dunkirk resulted in one arrest on Wednesday.
Before 9 a.m., narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police Department and Jamestown Police Department executed a search warrant. Entry was made into the residence by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s SWAT. Located at the residence at the time of the search warrant was Felipe Otero-Otero, 21.
As a result of the search, investigators seized 9.38 grams of cocaine, scales and packaging material for the sale and distribution of narcotics and $153 in currency. Otero-Otero was charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Otero-Otero was transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for the Centralized Arraignment Program.
