William C. Bremer

William was born July 2, 1937, in Dunkirk, N.Y., to the late John Bremer and Dorothy Morrison Higgs.

He graduated from Dunkirk High School and later retired from AlTech Steel after many years of service.

William, along with his late wife Rita, owned and operated the Kettle and Keg for 11 years until their retirement in 1989, when they relocated to Ft. Pierce, Fla.

William leaves his memories to be cherished by his children: Deborah (Robert) LeGrano, Howard Bremer, Sandra Jakubowski, Kevin (Rebecca) Bremer, Karen (Terry) Dellert, Kathleen Bremer, Daniel Halas, Robert Halas, Joseph Halas, Dennis Halas, Gary Halas and William Halas; sisters: Jane Bremer and Barbara Babcock; 24 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Rita Bremer; sister, Beverly Ludwiezski; brother, Clarence Bremer; a great-granddaughter and a great-grandson.

A memorial service will be held in Dunkirk at a later date.
