Kimberly C. Lewis

Born in Gowanda , NY April 18, 1960 the son of Kipling and Maxine (Parker) Lewis. Maxine’s and her husband Eugene Smith were a constant presence in Kim’s life.

Kim enjoyed breeding and racing harness horses until his declining health prevented him from his passion .

Survivors include Amy Vance with whom he shared his life with for 34 plus years , Kim took on the father figure role to Jonas (Julia Wilson) Lindgren and grandfather to Daviana Lindgren. Kim’s brother Kip (Barbie) Lewis of Silver Creek, sister Kelly Lewis and brother Harlan Jimerson Jr. both of Versailles survive ,several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive .

Besides his father, Kim was preceded in death by his mother Maxine Smith (Nov. 5, 2022) brothers Harlan Jimerson Sr. , and sisters Beverly Jimerson and Carlyn Niver. Kim is also preceded in death by his stepfather Eugene Smith, nephew Jonas Williams and niece Stacey Williams ( Kelly’s children) .

Friends may call at the SCHINDLER FUNERAL HOME 44 Center St. Gowanda from 3-7:00pm on Thursday. Private family burial to take place in the Collins Center Cemetery.
