Marsha S. Frederickson

DUNKIRK: Marsha S. Frederickson, 63, of E. Main Road, Dunkirk, passed away Friday, February 10th, 2023 peacefully in her sleep, at her residence. She was born in Gowanda on February 21, 1959, the daughter of Roy Frederickson, of South Dayton and the late Frances (Hunold) Frederickson.

Marsha was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1978 and worked as a Mail Carrier for WNYDDSO, West Seneca. She enjoyed playing cornhole, doing puzzles, helping her sister, Linda, with Music in the Park, tractor pulls, and selling raffle and 50/50 tickets in South Dayton.

Surviving besides her father are three sons Richard Rice, Adam Rice, and Nathan Collander, all of Silver Creek; four sisters, Marjorie Keppel, Mary Lou (Dale) Parks,Michele Frederickson, Melinda (John Mosher) Frederickson and a brother, Michael (Becky) Frederickson. Also surviving are several nieces & nephews. Besides her mother she was predeceased by her beloved pet dog “Junkyard”.

Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, from where Funeral Services will be heldFriday at 12 noon, with Rev. Michael Pollock, pastor of Gage Chapel Community Church, Smith Mills, officiating. Interment will follow in Balltown Cemetery, Town of Hanover.
