Barbara Fabro
Following a long illness, Barbara Fabro, 76, died at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY, on October 28, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Gullo) Fabro, born on March 20, 1948.
Barbara was a resident of Fredonia, NY. She was educated in the Fredonia School System and graduated from Cardinal Mindszenty High School in 1966.
She earned her B.A. degree in Education and for 35 years, Barbara taught grades 2 to 5, in the Bloomingdale School System, outside the Lake Placid area. After retiring from teaching in 2004, Barbara returned to Fredonia, NY.
Barbara is survived by several cousins and friends.
Her Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM, on November 2, 2024 in the FANTAUZZI FUNERAL HOME, 82 East Main Street, Fredonia, NY, with the Rev. Joseph Walter officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service and may call at the Funeral Home on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in her memory, would be appreciated.
Interment will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, where she will be placed between her parents.
