He was predeceased by his loving wife, Teresa (“Jennie”) nee Brown, brother Norman Coddington (Judy) and sister Jennie Mullikin (Howard.)

Darold is survived by his children; Doreen Tardi, Jim Coddington (Jeri), John Coddington (Amy), and Darla Johnson; step-children Connie Fletcher (Bob), Michael Fisher (Diane) and Stephen Fisher. He was a proud grandfather to Danielle Santiago, Ricki Taylor, Andrew Coddington (Melissa), Spencer Coddington, Bradley Johnson (Natalia), Ryan Johnson; step-grandchildren Danielle Nowicki (Tim), Michelle Freeman (Michael), Jonathan Fisher (Renee), Stephanie Seager, Joey Fisher, Ryan Smith (Elizabeth), Kalen Smith (Maia) and great-grandchildren Kieara, Tehya, Jada, Giana, Elliot, Alex,Lucy, Anna, Michael, Sam, Addie, Maddie, Emma, Claire, Wesley, Morgan, Dylan and Haydn.

The family will plan a celebration of life in the Spring. Memorials may be made to the ACLU, a cause that aligns with Darold’s views of civil rights for all.

Darold was quick to joke, happy, kind and a friend to everyone. He was an exceptional role model. He will be sorely missed by his family and those that knew him.
