Ann E. (Banaziak) Laskey

Born in Buffalo, NY September 10, 1952 the daughter of Earl and Mary (Hojnacki) Banaziak.

Ann married Gary J. Laskey Sr. in Gowanda on June 2, 1973. Gary passed away March 1, 2015.

Ann retired from WNYDDSO , she worked as a client aid with various state homes run by the former JN Adam Developmental Center in Perrysburg.

Ann was a member of St. Joseph’s RC Church in Gowanda.

Survivors include 4 sons; Gary Jr. (Misty) Laskey of Gowanda, David (Christine) Laskey of Gowanda, Philip (Alicia) Laskey of East Eden and Stephen (Pam) Laskey of Buffalo, Step daughter Tina (Ron) Clark of Ramsonville, Grandchildren; Kara, Jasmine,twins Sadie and Ava, Logan , Kurt, Zayne, Zack and Hunter. Great grandson Colt, Siblings; Chester Banaziak of Gowanda, Julie (Michael) Lindstrom of Derby and Michael Banaziak of Buffalo along with several nieces and nephews.

Ann’s mother Mary passed away during Ann’s birth . Ann was raised by her Father and Stepmother June (Merkling) Banaziak ,who both have passed as has Ann’s husband Gary and a son Brandon Laskey , Brandon passed November 14, 2013 and a sister Helen Brosius .

Friends may call at the SCHINDLER FUNERAL HOME 44 Center St. Gowanda from 4:00-7:00 pm on Sunday where funeral services will be held Monday January 20, 2025 @ 11:00 am. Interment to follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Gowanda.
