Sandra Elaine (Wilkins) Arcoraci

Growing up in Cassadaga, she graduated from Cassadaga Valley High School in 1958 and then graduated in 1960 at Doyle Beauty School in Buffalo. In 1962 Sandy met Phil, they wed in 1966 and were married for 53 years.

She began her career as a beautician out of her home then in 1982 she moved the business to White Street and opened up the “The Little Shop on White Street,” that is still up and running today. Along with her husband Phil, they operated a tropical fish/pet store out of their home on Liberty Street. Sandy also worked as a real estate agent for Midtown Realty and owned several rental properties in the area.

She was a hard worker, beloved wife and dedicated mother who enjoyed motorcycling, traveling, and going to Casino’s with her husband and friends.

Sandy is survived by her daughter Lori A. Sam, of Fredonia; her stepson Dean Arcoraci, of TN; granddaughter, Chelsey (Matthew) Schiavone, of Lancaster, NY; great-granddaughters Arianna and Emma Schiavone, and grandson, Kyle Sam, and Kate Walker (girlfriend) of Portland; her sister, Linda (James) Oakes, of Richmond, VA; and her brother, Richard Wilkins, of Silver Creek, NY.

Besides her parents and brother, Randolph “Butch” Wilkins, Sandy is predeceased by her husband Philip Arcoraci.

Visitation will be held at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Ave., Fredonia, Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, from 2-4pm, where funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025 at 3pm.
