Luis Soto Vazquez, 76, of Dunkirk passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo. Born in Maricao, Puerto Rico on Sept. 23, 1948, husband of the late Marilyn Soltren and son of the late Daniel Soto Mercado and Antonia Soto Vazquez. Survivors include his children Luis Daniel, Luis Angel and Marilyn Soto and a grandson, Jose Rivera Soto. Arrangements by McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY. Interment in private.
