Michael W. Laver, 77 years old of Ripley, NY passed away after an extended illness Thursday morning, February 13th at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA. Michael was born June 25th, 1947 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was a resident of the area for the past 30 years, also of Clymer. Michael served as an EMT and Fireman for over 20 years.
He was a graduate of Brocton Central School and he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked for a number of car dealers all of his life. He loved NASCAR races and was a great fan. Mike enjoyed travels to Florida and Las Vegas over the years.
Michael is survived by his wife, Lucinda (Seekings) Laver, and a step-son Mathew Przytula. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Virginia (Sturlevant Laver) Thorp and his step-son Thomas Przytula.
Services will be held at a later date. The family kindly requests any memorials.
