Thomas attended Dunkirk Schools and served in the Navy from 1966 to 1968. He retired from INX in 2009, after over 20 years of dedicated employment in the maintenance department. Thomas also had an extraordinary sense of humor, always having everyone around him smiling and laughing. He really could light up a room.
