Beloved wife of James J. Forti; dear mother of Judy L. (Michael) Schmidt, Cathleen M. Forti and the late Gary J. Forti; grandmother of Erik, Kathryn, Megan, Jack, Vincent and the late Brittany; soul sister of Kathleen Kellner, Kathleen Hazard and the late Robert A. Smallback; sister of April Conlon.

Survived by many wonderful cousins on both sides and special friends Cindy, Terry, Sally, Sue and many others who held a special place in her heart.

Friends may call Monday from 4-7 PM at the Latimore Schiavone Funeral Home, Inc. 8434 N Main St Angola, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10 AM at St. John Paul II Church Lake View, NY. Please assemble at the church.
