Mark Scott Colburn, a devoted family man and skilled craftsman, passed away peacefully in Erie, Pa., on March 28, 2025, at the age of 50.
Born on June 26, 1974, in Jamestown, N.Y. to his parents Michael Colburn Sr. and Mary Rowland.
