Petra M. Valentin Rodriguez, 74, of Dunkirk, passed away Sunday afternoon, April 6, 2025 at home with her loving family by her side. Born in Hormigueros, Puerto Rico on Aug. 1, 1950, daughter of the late Ofelio Valentin and Ramona Rodriguez. Funeral services will be held in private at the convenience of the family.
