For the second tournament in a row, the Chautauqua Fusion high school girls appeared in championship games. On March 26, the Fusion competed in the finals of the Edinboro Fighting Scots Challenge, falling to the NW Wildcats in the championship game by a score of 56-43. On April 9, the Fusion lost to Team Cure Ohio 56-55 in the Gold Championship game at the Erie Tipoff Classic.
