Fredonia 8-10 advances to final

8-10 All-Stars
Christian Sells powered the Fredonia offense as it defeated Southwestern 17-5 in District 38 Little League 8-10 All-Star semifinals on Sunday. Sells had two hits including a home run.
Adding to the Fredonia offense was Alex Williams with three hits including a double, Max Luce added two hits, Greyson Whitfield collected two with a triple, Tim Carle had three hits with a triple and a double and Brennan Hodkin doubled.
Luce and Williams split duties on the mound in the win as they scattered four hits and struck out six.

Southwestern received hits from Matthew Cama, Cory Troutman, Elijah Evans and Jackson Troutman.
FALCONER 9, DUNKIRK 7
The No. 1 team from Area B, Falconer, clinched a spot in the final with a 9-7 win over Dunkirk.
Falconer was led by Owen Carlberg with two hits and Lucas Arrance, Chase Parmentier, Noah Nelson, Jayce Stewart, Trenton Smith and Jonah Johnson each had hits.
Dunkirk’s effort was led by Azari Brown and Jaxson Watts having two hits each.
