Franklinville edges Forestville 72-63 in battle of D4 unbeatens
FORESTVILLE — Bretton Blecha posted a double-double with 23 points, 14 rebounds, three assists and three steals to lead Franklinville past Forestville 72-63 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 4 action on Monday.
Forestville (9-3, 6-1) received a double-double from Blake Waterman with 14 points, 11 rebounds and four steals, Jake Anders led the attack with 24 points, Dom Anders collected 11 rebounds, Will Duliba provided five assists and four steals and Manny Sanchez had five assists.
Isaac Towne added another 16 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals for Franklinville (10-3, 6-0), Matthew Spittler posted 10 points with four assists and Eli Shenk added 10 points and six rebounds.

ANGOLA — Fredonia outscored Lake Shore 20-11 in the fourth quarter to secure a 52-51 nonleague victory on the road.
Colin Luce led the ‘Billies (8-6) with 14 points, five rebounds and two blocks, Ashton Putney scored 11 points with three steals, RJ Koopman scored 10 with four assists and three steals, Luca Gullo made five assists and a block and Malachi Hall added two blocks.
Lake Shore falls to 3-7 on the year with the loss.
