The Chautauqua County Softball Umpires Association announces the formation of a rules instruction class for anyone interested in umpiring high school softball games. Classes will be held at Cassadaga Valley Central School from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning Feb. 25 for a period of five weeks.
