Duliba sends Forestville boys past Pine Valley
FORESTVILLE — Will Duliba hit five triples as he scored a game-high 21 points with seven assists to lift Forestville past Pine Valley 71-51 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 4 boys basketball action Friday.
Jack Spengler posted a double-double for the Hornets (12-4, 9-1) with 10 points and 10 rebounds; Dom Anders matched that with 14 points and 10 rebounds; and Jake Anders added 14 points and seven assists.
Pine Valley (5-9, 3-6) was led by Trent Ivett with 19 points and Cam Slade had 18 points.

MAPLE GROVE WINS 2ND STRAIGHT
ELLERY — Aiden Dahlberg scored 20 points to lead Maple Grove past Brocton 64-54 in Division 2 action.
Liam Colburn added another 16 points as Maple Grove (3-14, 1-10) won its second in a row.
Brocton (5-12, 2-8) was led by Jeremy Weisner with 19 points and Michael Garcia provided another 15.

CLYMER — Carter Brink scored 19 points, collected five rebounds and dealt four assists as Panama defeated Clymer 60-29 in Division 2.
Bryce Hinsdale provided 13 points, five rebounds, four assists, four steals and a block for the Panthers (14-2, 10-1); Michael Horton scored 13 points; Alex Barmore reeled in 10 rebounds with two steals, Jordan Mescall collected five boards, three assists and two steals and Tate Catanese had seven boards and two blocks.
Clymer (7-10, 4-7) was led by Carson White with 9 points, seven boards and three blocks, Roman Wassink and Elijah Mitchell both had six rebounds and Kameron Einink made three steals.

BEARS WIN IN OVERTIME
FREWSBURG — Blake Weaver had 24 points, 16 rebounds and four steals as Frewsburg beat Portville 60-57 in overtime of their Division 3 matchup.
The Panthers’ Peyton Carter hit a 3-pointer with 3 seconds remaining in regulation to send the game into overtime. There, Taran Laska and Jaden Collver made baskets, while Weaver and Trent Lewis each added a free throw to send the Bears (7-9, 6-3) to the victory.
“Every time we’d go on a run and get a 5- or 6-point lead, they’d close the gap,” Frewsburg head coach Kyle Nelson said.
Lewis had 12 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals; Laska had 9 points, four assists, three steals and three rebounds; and Kael Collver had 8 points, nine rebounds and five steals in the win.
Aidan DeFazio led Portville (3-12, 3-6) with 23 points, while Peyton Carter and Bradeon Carter each had 12.
